When Carla was a wee little lass, her mother enrolled her in pottery classes
at the Eastern Shore Art Association in Fairhope, Alabama. She still loves
making pottery, and sold a few hundred pinch pots last year, but her
production stopped when the studio space she was renting in Cabbagetown got
hit by an ambulance. Although she is between studios at the moment, rest
assured that more pinch pots are coming soon.

Carla has a degree in Art Therapy from Spring Hill College, and practices
yoga in the tradition of TKV Desikachar. She also practices Vedic Astrology
and reads tarot cards at various events around town.
